ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUARTS (December
2011 - March 2012):
The Creamery will be Open Friday, December 16th; Friday, January 20th; Friday, February
17th; and Friday, March
16th from 3P - 6P
for Sale of Ice Cream Quarts -- Simply Drop in to Purchase
the Best Tasting Ice Cream on the East Coast.1.
Complete Form in its entirety -- front and back
2. If completing form as an electronic version email completed form to our
email address at icecream@chesterspringscreamery.com.
Copy the Customer Information and Order and Pickup Information and paste
it into a blank Microsoft Word document; enter your information; save the
document to your computer and email the completed document to us as an
attachment. -- > Form
3. If handwriting the information, please mail the completed form to our
mailing address at 521 E. Uwchlan Avenue, Chester Springs, PA 19425
4. Please submit payment in full at time of order for all pickup quarts
through March 20067. Cash or checks are accepted -- make checks payable to Chester
Springs Creamery. Please do not send cash through the mail
5. Pickup days are once per month and scheduled for Fridays between 3:00
PM and 6:00 PM. Exceptions may be made upon request - please contact us at
610-363-8500.
6. Please bring you own insulated container and a small amount of wet or
dry ice if desired. The ice cream when received will be at -5
degrees Fahrenheit
7. Packaging for all flavors is in quart size only
8. The price for each quart of ice cream is $ 5.66 + 6% sales tax
