Order Submission and Fulfillment Process:
  1. Print Form in Portrait Orientation & complete in its entirety
  2. If handwriting the information, please mail the completed form to our mailing address of
    521 E. Uwchlan Avenue, Chester Springs, PA  19425
  3. If product will be picked up at the Creamery please submit payment in full with completed order form.
    Cash or checks are accepted -- make checks payable to Chester Springs Creamery. Please do not send
    cash through the mail
  4. If product is to be shipped, use the following link to find the applicable shipping & handling charges.
    Your geographic location will determine your cost.  Add this figure and any sales tax (Pennsylvania
    recipients only) to the ice cream price to arrive at the total cost of your order --> Shipping Charges.
    Receipt of payment in full is desired prior to shipment (refer to item # 4 above for payment methods).
  5. Shipments are scheduled for Mondays or Tuesdays and will normally arrive within two days.
